Chef Brandon Gardner has been in the restaurant business for more than 15 years. A lifelong resident , he graduated from George Brown College and is the Chef and Owner of T-Bones Grill House in Chatham. "We are excitied to be part of this years Parade of chefs. It is always fun to have Chatham's best chefs come together to create magic.!" A lifelong chatham resident, Chef Stefanie Travis is a graduate of Fanshawe College and has been in the restaurant industry for four years. "T-Bones is like a second home to myself, Brandon and the rest of the staff." We are excited to share our food and comfortable atmosphere with everyone, we have lots of plans for the future and can't wait to shaere them."
Chef Brandon and his team have a strong focus on using locally grown and sourced food.
